Warm up & Breathing exercises

Contrast Therapy Guided Sessions

As an extra we have teamed up to offer you to Entwine hot therapy with cold water emersion for a powerful impact on your body’s circulation & immunity and cardiovascular health. This Contrast therapy will have two elements with warming your core in a wood fired Sauna while peeking out at the beautiful Mounts Bay, the other meeting at Battery Rocks to be guided into the water for that buzz that immersing your body into the Cold salty sea with intention can give you. 

When you purchase either a Group class or private tuition for Cold Water Confidence you will receive a link to a Discounted sauna session with Rising Embers Sauna to use during their communial and drop in sessions any time. why not tie it in before our saturday group sessions at 11am.Book Session

GIVING YOU THE SOCIAL,PHYSICAL & WELL-BEING PART YOU NEED WHILE CARING FOR LITTLE ONE’S.

Monday Morn Swim Sessions 45mins 9.30am

How it works?

If your Child Free grab your Cossie, Head to the swim meet spot chosen dependent on weather and tides.

If your unable to get childcare for the session join the:

‘Swim & Swap’

be part of an encouraging Mum’s community where the session is split in two so half the group helps with the babies in buggy’s while Mums get in the sea and then swap over to do the same. finish with a hot drink and a catch up all together.

Meet Alysha the open water coach who will guide you and other parents and carers in the sea. 30mins class covers well being, and postnatal fitness & socialising. Leaving you feeling revived & ready to crack parenting for the week next week. Dad's, Birthing partners, Gparents or carers welcome too.
